I am an independent writer and editor based in Brooklyn, NY. I’m collaborating on a bunch of things with a bunch of people and I’m also interested in writing for you; ask! I also freelance regularly at The Faster Times, Persephone Magazine, and other publications. I graduated from Brown University in 2008 with a degree in international relations.

I spent the requisite years wandering the desert of confusion and unemployment before coming to the realization that my passion was in creative writing. That wandering mostly took place in Boston, MA. I’m a recent transplant to New York and I find that it suits me. I’m originally from Florida, and as a result still get a little too excited by things like seasons, public transportation, and liberal Democrats.

This tumblr exists primarily for me to review every piece of new narrative-based media I read or watch. That means a lot of television, movies, and books, whatever I get my hands on.

And yeah, now that you ask, I do spend an inordinate amount of time wondering how I’ll thank all the people who have helped me along the way. You guys, you know who you are. I’m lucky and grateful to have you in my life.
