Résumé

I write about stuff. Right now I freelance regularly at The Faster Times and other publications and work on content for a few different corporations. I recently finished up a contract at betaworks, an awesome tech company based in New York.

In the past, I have done a lot of random things to get by, in part because I had no idea what I was doing, and in part because I care about a lot of different things.

In Boston I worked in the Massachusetts State House as a scheduler and legislative aide for a state senator. Before that, I assisted a conceptual artist with her exhibition, worked at a contemporary art gallery, and interned with event planners. I worked to elect Alan Khazei to the U.S. Senate in 2009, writing press releases and researching newspapers.

In Providence, after I graduated college, I worked at a restaurant that catered to many of my former classmates and professors, which was a little awkward, and hosted pub trivia around town, which was really awkward. My first job out of college was at an organic vegetable farm in Virginia.

At Brown I was active in many student groups, including the Brown Daily Herald, the Alpha Delta Phi Society, and post- magazine.
